Play with Me!
Join us for a dynamic and engaging play group designed for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers.
Led by experienced occupational and speech therapists, this group provides a fun, child-led environment that fosters relationships, social skills, language development, and motor growth through play experiences with peers and adults.
Each session offers a variety of free play experiences to support individual child development, giving children opportunities to explore, connect, and participate at whatever level is right for them, while guiding play to support skill development.

Partners For Progress
A Collaborative Child-Parent program to strengthen executive function skills for success.
Join us for our unique program that builds executive function skills by educating parents and their children together, building relationships and understanding while establishing routines and strategies that improve skills and reduce everyday challenges. Children will attend sessions led by an Occupational Therapist with a focus on experiential learning and exploring their own strengths while learning how to adapt to challenges and build skills. At the same time, parents will be learning their role in supporting their child’s success for building skills and implementing strategies by attending coaching sessions led by an OT.
Each week will focus on a different topic, building from basic understanding to implementing strategies at home. Using a variety of learning tools, sessions are fun and engaging while connecting skills to daily activities that matter. Parent content each week will parallel what the child is learning and provide tools and resources for implementation and follow through at home. Parent Coaching Now Available!
Parent coaching is a collaborative and individualized process that supports caregivers in understanding their child’s development, behaviors, and unique needs. It provides practical strategies, guidance, and encouragement to help parents navigate challenges with confidence and compassion.
At STEPS for Kids our coaching approach shifts the focus from simply managing behaviors to understanding the “why” behind them. We help parents reframe challenging moments, recognize their child’s strengths, and implement relationship-based strategies that foster growth, connection, and resilience.
Parent coaching is not about giving parents a one-size-fits-all solution—it’s about empowering them with the tools and insights to respond effectively to their child’s needs while building a strong and supportive family dynamic. Whether addressing sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation, or everyday routines, coaching helps caregivers feel more equipped and connected in their parenting journey.
