Our Lego® Play Group is perfect for your budding builder!
Give your child a fun, creative, and skill-building break this winter! Our Lego® Play group is co-led by an occupational therapist and a social worker, designed to spark imagination while strengthening the social, emotional, and executive function skills kids rely on every day. Each session blends hands-on building challenges with teamwork, problem-solving, and tons of playful connection
Perfect for kids who love to build or who benefit from structured social play, this small-group experience helps children practice collaboration, communication, frustration tolerance, and flexible thinking…all while having an amazing time and making new friends!
WHO:
Children from 6 through 12 years old can join a Lego® Play group!
WHEN:
6 to 8 year-olds meet on Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:00 pm, July 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31, August 5 and 7
9 to 12 year-olds meet on Wednesdays and Fridays at 3:30 pm, July 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31, August 5 and 7
Choose to attend one or more for maximum fun! Space is limited to 6 children per session.

Play With Me!
Our popular developmental playgroup for children ages 3-5 with an adult Play Partner is back!
Co-led by an occupational therapist and a social worker, this group provides a fun, child-led environment that fosters relationships, social skills, language development and motor growth through play experiences with peers and adults. Each session offers a variety of free-play experiences to support individual child development giving children opportunities to explore, connect and participate at whatever level is right for them, while adults learn to guide play to support skill development and enhance relationships. Caregivers will receive expert coaching from our pediatric team to support skills for carrying play well beyond the group and supporting their child’s individual needs regardless of developmental challenges.
Join us on Fridays from 9:00 am until 10:30 am, July 17, 24, 31 and Aug 7. Come for one session or all four to maximize learning and carryover. Each session is $30, discounted to $25 when you register for all 4 sessions! Play With Me! is limited to 6 children with their play partners to maximize individualized attention for all participants.
Games and More Games!
Join us as we explore a variety of games for fun and learning!
Keep your child engaged, social, and having fun no matter what the weather this summer! Our Games Group brings kids together to play a variety of card games, board games, and collaborative challenges, all carefully selected by experienced therapists to support real-world skill building in a playful, low pressure setting. Each session will present some games that are familiar and some that are brand new to expand interests and skills.
Through turn-taking, strategy, teamwork, and problem-solving, children will strengthen executive function skills, social communication, self-regulation and emotional control, and flexible thinking. Every game becomes an opportunity to practice frustration tolerance, follow rules, negotiate with peers, and make new friends! Co-led by an occupational or speech therapist and a social worker.

9 to 12 year-olds meet on Thursdays at 5:30 pm July 16, 23, 30 and Aug 6; AND Fridays at 12:30 am, July 17, 24, 31 and Aug 7
