Speech Therapist:
Full-time, Part-time and PRN positions available. Opportunities for 6 to 40 hours per week and variable coverage needs. Flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday hours available with opportunity to set a schedule that fits your needs! Varied diagnostic caseload with children ranging from birth through 21 years, including articulation disorders, language delays, pragmatic language disorders, feeding disorders, and oral-motor conditions. Experience with AAC, feeding, and/or DIR/Floortime preferred but not required. Opportunity for growth in caseload and participation in program development is available for the right candidate, with support for professional development in areas of passion and interest. Pediatric experience preferred. Mentorship program available.
Occupational Therapist:
Part-Time and PRN positions available. Opportunities for 6 to 25 hours per week and variable coverage needs. Flexible scheduling options that include Monday through Saturday clinic hours with autonomy to set a schedule that fits your needs! Varied diagnostic caseload treating children from birth through adolescence, with neurodevelopmental disorders and related conditions including ASD, ADHD, LD, DCD, SPD, behavioral health conditions and physical disabilities.
Experience with SI assessment and interventions, trauma-informed care, and/or DIR/Floortime preferred but not required. Opportunity for growth in caseload and participation in program development is available for the right candidate, with support for professional development in areas of passion and interest. Pediatric experience preferred; will consider a new grad or therapist transitioning to pediatrics with strong foundational skills and drive for learning. Mentorship program available.
Physical Therapist:
Part-time/PRN Physical Therapists, 5-20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday hours available, as well as variable hours for vacation coverage. Varied diagnostic caseload treating children from birth through adolescence, with neurodevelopmental disorders, orthopedic concerns, motor coordination disorders, neuromuscular disorders, and injury related needs. Opportunity for growth in caseload and participation in program development is available for the right candidate, with support for professional development in areas of passion and interest.
Possible growth to a full-time position for the right candidate. Pediatric experience preferred; will consider a strong new grad. Mentorship program available.
Social Worker/Counselor:
Full-Time and Part-Time openings for LCSW or LCPC to join our team of experienced and passionate pediatric therapists. Flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday hours available with autonomy to set a schedule that fits your needs! This person will provide direct treatment for children and families as well as be an integral member of our interdisciplinary team supporting developmental skills and mental health. Caseload primarily ranging from 3 years through adolescence with varied diagnoses. Ideal candidate will have experience with individual, group, and family services and be highly motivated to support our clinic’s growth through expansion of our mental health services. This role includes consultative services with the full team, parent education and community outreach services. Experience in DIR/Floortime, play therapy, and interdisciplinary treatment with OT/ST/PT are preferred but not required. Administrative Positions:
Our administrative support staff provide critical foundations for the delivery of our services to the community. Our customer service approach is based on professionalism with respect and compassion for our clients. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our clients have the support they need to experience success throughout their time at STEPS for Kids.
Office Assistant:
Part-time opening in our front office for Office Assistant with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Office Manager position (40 hours per week). Duties include general office tasks, client check-ins, answering phones, responding to client needs/questions, document management (paper and digital), payment collections, intake and scheduling of clients, management of staff schedules and support of clinical staff. This position will work closely with our Intake Coordinator, Clinical Manager and Clinic Director in managing the daily operations of the clinic. Starting Hours: Monday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 – 5:00; 21-24 hours per week. Hourly rate commensurate with experience; part-time position eligible for PTO. Skills required include computer use (Office 365), compassionate customer service mindset, strong communication skills both verbal and written, detail oriented with excellent time management, strong problem solving skills and team commitment.
Part-time positions are paid at hourly rates commensurate with experience for each position and includes CE support for professional staff, PTO and 401K participation. Full-time positions eligible for benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K Plan, paid time off, and continuing education support.
