Clinical Positions:

Occupational Therapist:

Immediate need for OT, starting part-time and moving to full-time position. Caseload is working primarily with children between 2 years and 15 years with conditions including autism, ADD/ADHD, learning disorders, anxiety, developmental delays, gifted/2E, and other diagnoses that impact daily task performance and participation. SI background is preferred but not required. Experience with DIR/Floortime is preferred but not required. Will consider strong new grads. Flexible schedule available with greatest need and opportunity for caseload development during the after school hours and Saturdays. Opportunity to participate in leadership and clinic growth for the right candidate.

Speech Therapist:

Immediate need for part-time/PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, 5-10 hours per week. Flexible scheduling for after school and Saturday hours available. Varied diagnostic caseload with children ranging from infancy through 21 years, including articulation disorders, language delays, pragmatic language disorders, feeding disorders, and oral-motor conditions. Current opportunity is for in-person services at our Yorkville clinic and teletherapy services as needed based on clinic demands. Experience with ACC, feeding, DIR/Floortime preferred but not required. Opportunity for growth in caseload and participation in program development is available for the right candidate.

Social Worker:

Immediate opening for LCSW to join our team of experienced and passionate pediatric therapists. Part-time position with opportunity to grow to full time caseload, supporting children and families within the context of our whole child approach. Caseload primarily ranging from 3 years through adolescence with varied diagnoses. Ideal candidate will have experience with individual, group, and family services and be highly motivated to support our clinic’s growth through mental health services.

Administrative Positions:

Billing Coordinator:

Part-time position (10-20 hours/week) responsible for managing all aspects of clinic billing, revenue management, therapist credentialing, and insurance contract management. This person works closely with our Office Manager and will be trained to use our clinic software for in-house management of billing and patient accounts.  Requirements include, but are not limited to, effective verbal and written communication skills; strong computer/technology skills including Microsoft Office products and EMR systems; knowledge of medical billing and commercial insurance systems; problem solving approach to managing daily task demands; efficient organization and time management skills. Prior experience with medical billing is required. Remote work is possible, with limited time required in-person in the office.

Part time positions are paid at hourly rate commensurate with experience and do not include benefits. Benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and continuing education support is available to full time staff.
